The temperature in the Tabuk region of Saudi Arabia has dropped dramatically. As a result, snow has started falling in the mountains of Tabuk.

Snowfall in Saudi Arabia is very rare. The mountains have turned white since the snow started falling on Saturday morning. This information was given in a report of Arab News on Sunday. In the meantime, pictures and videos of the snowfall have spread through social media. Many are enjoying this kind of snowfall. Especially in the northwestern part of Saudi Arabia, the sight of Jabal al-Lawz area was impressive. The whole area was covered with snow.

The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) said there would be thunderstorms in several parts of Saudi Arabia from Friday to Monday.

According to the NCM report, there will be moderate to heavy rainfall in Riyadh, Mecca, Medina, Eastern Province, Al-Baha, Asir, Jizan, Al-Qasim, Tabuk, Al-Juf and Hail.

Jabal al-Lawz is located in a mountain range about 200 kilometers northwest of the Saudi Arabian city of Tabuk, near the Jordanian border. the city is called Jabal al-Lawz because of the almond trees in it.
